Warm welcome at Katunayake International Airport
Transfer to Sigiriya area (approx. 4–5 hours)

Overnight stay in Sigiriya village
After breakfast, depart early towards the cultural heart of Sri Lanka – Kandy. On the way, you may visit:
Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (Optional) – Observe elephants up close as they bathe and roam in this sanctuary.
Spice Garden in Mawanella – Learn about Ayurvedic spices and herbs grown locally.
In Kandy:
Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) – a UNESCO World Heritage Site revered by Buddhists worldwide.
Enjoy a brief walk around Kandy Lake and shop at local craft centers.
Then ascend into the misty central highlands towards Nuwara Eliya, also called “Little England” for its cool climate and colonial charm.
En route:
Visit Ramboda Falls, a majestic cascade surrounded by lush tea hills.
Stop at a Tea Factory and Plantation to learn the process of Ceylon tea production and enjoy a fresh cup.
Arrive in Nuwara Eliya and explore:

Begin your day with sightseeing in Nuwara Eliya:
Visit Hakgala Botanical Garden (home to rare orchids and alpine flora)
Optional visit to Ambewela Farm, famous for dairy production and green pastures.
Next, head towards Ella, either by:
Scenic train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella (subject to availability)
OR
Private vehicle drive, which also allows flexibility to stop at viewpoints.
Once in Ella, you’ll explore this cozy mountain village known for its panoramic views and chilled vibe.
Top sights in Ella:
Nine Arches Bridge – a colonial-era railway bridge with lush surroundings.
Little Adam’s Peak – an easy hike offering stunning hill views and photo opportunities.
Visit Ravana Falls if time allows.

After a relaxing breakfast, spend some time in Ella, or proceed directly to Udawalawe National Park – one of the best places in Asia to see wild elephants.
On the way, you can:
Stop for photos at Ella Gap or other scenic lookouts
Visit Ravana Cave (optional) if interested in ancient legends
Arrive in Udawalawe by early afternoon. After settling in, enjoy an evening jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park, where you’ll likely see:
Wild elephants
Buffalo
Deer
Crocodiles
Many bird species
Optional: Visit the Elephant Transit Home, where orphaned elephants are cared for before being released into the wild.

After breakfast, depart for Mirissa, a famous beach town on Sri Lanka’s south coast.

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport comfortably ahead of your flight.
